USDA Secr Perdue Visit to McGregor Company

Secretary Perdue’s Back to Our Roots tour to hit Washington, Idaho, Oregon & Alaska MONDAY (July 2nd) through THURSDAY (July 5th)

U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Sonny Perdue will embark on his fifth Back to Our Roots tour beginning today, Monday, July 2nd through Thursday, July 5th across the U.S. Pacific Northwest.

The tour will include stops in Washington, Idaho, Oregon, and Alaska, where Secretary Perdue will meet with local farmers, producers and foresters, as well as business and community leaders.

During various stops of the tour, Secretary Perdue will be joined by Governors Butch Otter and Kate Brown; Senator Lisa Murkowski; and Representatives Cathy McMorris Rodgers, Dan Newhouse, Greg Walden, and Jamie Herrera Beutler.
