Impact of Russia-Ukraine Tensions

Good morning all,
I trust all had a grand Thanksgiving weekend with a bounty of food, family and friends...
...all was grand at our house, the smoked bird turned out better than I anticipated. Will do so again, but I've already got a couple of recipe tweaks in mind. The lone exception to the weekend would be the outcome of the Apple Cup.
A quick update on what I believe is a very timely item, old news for those whom attended the Risk Management Summits conducted earlier last month. Given our current market structure, this has soared to the forefront in my opinion...this was tweeted earlier and is quite active in that realm:
Ukraine leaders will be asked to consider implementation of martial law, not yet determined if regionally or nationally, in response to the aggression shown by Russian planes and ships on Sunday. The most aggressive action of late by Russia in the ongoing four and half year war.
Notice the cargo ship sitting perpendicular to the bridge that spans the waterway. Is this action a coincidence to the talk of NATO expanding membership to a couple former Soviet republics, but highly unlikely to happen? How will US markets respond - do computers or hedge fund managers read headlines?
Russia fires on Ukrainian ships
I'm hopeful my next update will be about an agreement on new farm bill legislation.
Until then...
